I completely agree with you 🥰, it’s not a safe blind buy, and it’s definitely intense, that’s why I said it’s not a “your skin but better“ type of scent, and that it has the presence of an EDP. First of all I have to tell you that they are not safe blind buys, especially Parisian which leans a little bit on the mature side compared to Oud Rose Intense; Oud Rose intense is beautiful, less complex than Parisian, I like it a lot although I don’t love it; it’s very sophisticated but I still think Parisian is on another level when it comes to elegance. If you like bold fragrances, Parisian is a good option. Now, many people when they think of a typical Parisian fragrance they think of a super feminine floral/musky, aldehydic type of scent. Just know that Parisian is anything but that Hope it helps! 🥰💗

In the last years, it seems the industry became like a popcorn machine releasing fragrances back to back to keep up with the outrageously high demand, and most of those releases lack the artistry that perfumery as an industry used to have. So happy you brought that up 🫶🥰💫

@@GBFragrances I love the way you put it. Yes, Perfume industry became a popcorn machine 🍿. Starting with the first celebrity fragrance in 2004 causing low quality perfumes to be sold faster than fragrances from designer houses. Then designer houses followed by discontinuing fragrances, just to relaunch weaker versions. It's become cut throat ✂️😎. The weaker release were to reduce cost. Then introducing private / exclusive lines, which now has the quality of the before premium standard perfumes. What a joke 👀🙄. I have been a fragrance lover from my teens. Then got into niche in 2009 because artistry seemed to still exist in that space. But fast forward, and niche brands are a hit or miss. Some niche brands don't measure up to the designer quality prior to 2004 😒. And don't get me started on the price.

@@genexye I totally hear you, it's like hearing myself, my own dialogues with myself 😍. The private blends/lines and the more premium quality that used to be the standard, remind me of airplanes when what it used to be coach, now it's premium economy or economy plus and you have to pay extra for that 🤑😖(the crap that coach became and is nowadays didn't exist back in the day). Totally agree, niche brands are like any brand in any industry, and they can be a hit or miss, and I'm also a firm believer in that niche, nowadays, isn't always better.
