I had the same problem with my n55. The belt got shredded so i had my car towed at the shop and they changed the belt kit and after that the car runs rough its like its gonna stall and now the car dies on idle but when the maf is unplugged car doesn’t die.

Is the 3.5 more reliable then? You would just lose out on the awd. I did a valve adjustment in my thing and I might have a bad rear camshaft as it has a ticking type sound

@KamshaftАй бұрын
It does not show up witch is why it is so difficult to diagnose. If you log the ECM data with a high end scanner or Subaru software you would be able to to see that the ECU is limiting boost to waste gate pressure and pulling timing but it would still not give a clue as to why.

Hey if ur on a budget would you recommend saving for the phantom or to get the ghost?
@KamshaftАй бұрын
They actually just dropped the price of the new V4 phantom’s! They are about $600 cheaper then when I purchased the V2. It also depends how hard core you wanna ride, if you see yourself wanting to go 50+km/hr & exploring lots of gravel trails I say pick the phantom. But if you are fairly modest and just want to cruise around the city then go for the ghost. In my opinion I would definitely just buy the phantom, it has held up like a champ for me as well as my buddies. They provide better warranty now as well.

How does the intake work with a set up like this? Like where does the original air come from for combustion if the throttle body is connected to the charge pipe / intercooler?
@Kamshaft2 ай бұрын
It gets sucked into the turbo (small cone filter on the turbo inlet) charged by the turbo & send through the intercooler to be cooled, then into the throttle body, intake & engine to be burned for combustion.
