Cool channel, subbed. I saw in your camper video you had a Primeweld TIG. How do you like overall?
@redbeerd28402 күн бұрын
I love it! I want a water cooler though, would’ve saved me a ton of time on the camper waiting for the torch to cool down. Definitely money well spent.

How far does this control the af mixture as far as throttle % goes ??

Idle and adjust overall mixture very little. A few percent. Pilot jet 0-25ish percent. Main jest 25-full. There more to it. But that’s the basics

yea... no fun with no heat. Always take backup. Depending on where I'm going/altitude/etc, I have two different sizes of catalytic heaters, heated mattress cover and even a 400w electric I can run off the house batteries. Taking a wild guess: most common issue with diesel heaters is when you try to run them off a portable battery bank. At startup they draw just above the 10A that most power ports are rated for.

It was the fuel pump. Got gummed up. Cleaned and works just fine now. We have an ecoflow delta 2 max. Never had a power issue so far. Appreciate the tip though.

I think if you hung rock cages on the sides to hold 200+ lb of rock you would sell a ton of them. Europeans complain about radiant heat from exposed thick steel panels. The American manufacturer Kuuma added new designs with rocks on the sides. Folks will probably go for the durability of thick steel if the stove held the massive amount of rock the Finnish "gurus" say is necessary.

I like your idea of sections but not using pocket holes. Consider a few short boards like a shutter build. Just glue and finish nails. Space the short boards between the runner boards and you'll have a very solid base that is also easily removed to repair, clean, etc.
