Sir, Mai pahle bhi Saudi me reh chuka hu, magar is bar mai kisi galat company me aa kar fas gya hua avi Probation Period chal rha haj, kya karun. Mai company se nikal kar kahin or kaam krna chahta hu, agar Company huroob laga de to mere pas kya option bachenge ghar jane ke liye. Kindly reply.

If company is failed to fullfil the compliance as per the Saudi labor law, like fail to pay salary and iqama is not renewed what should we do. Please do let us know.

Dear Respected, I was working in Saudi Arabia , But I was not having any official contract with my organization and also government work contract . i was working on mutually agreed for 1 year and i completed then i discuss with my HR that i completed pls leave me then they said wait for some times there after i went on vacation for short period due to some reasons resigned from India. Exit on 18/09/2024 Resigned on : 30/09/2024 Re-entry was 18/10/2024 Iqama Expired: 18/11/2024 Worker status showing on ( Mol.gov.sa)- Absent From work Mukeem Portal Status : Left not returned As per HR information : Iqama cancelled , about visa HR don't know. Question : 1. Can i re-entry in Saudi Arabia on New Visa 2. Iqama expired means visa also expired , pls advice 3. Iqama and visa both is same , pls advice 4. Sir already terminate contract by choosing upon its expiration option before 4 months bcz notice period 4 months and also submit resign to company and company accept our resignation they give us last day of duty 20 Feb 2025 bcz our iqama expire on 3 march 2025 but our qiwa contract showing notice period until 22 April 2025 now company ask chose resignation option plz tell us what to do we get final settlement or any issue

Agar company ne koi training kraya hai europe me, lekin before training koi aggreement nahi kya tha company me ke agar company chor kar jaoge to charge dena padega.
