Agar company ne koi training kraya hai europe me, lekin before training koi aggreement nahi kya tha company me ke agar company chor kar jaoge to charge dena padega. Ab mai dusri company me jana chahta hun, lekin ab project wale kah rahe hain ke training charges deduct hoga. Any suggestions please. I am giving resignation before completion of my contract.

Main kya kru k mujhe mera paisa 16000 mil jaye? 2. Agar paise milenge to kon kon se paise mil sakte hai Salary ya OT ya Benefit ya encashment? 3. Contract mein penalty se related kuch nhi hai? Kya fir bhi mujhe 4000 penalty pay krna padega? Kya koi legal way nhi k 1. Mujhe koi compensation nhi dena pade aur exit mil jaaye?? 2. Mujhe mera dues amount mil jaye not compensation amount?? 3. Labour court jaane mein koi fayda hoga kya??

Sir already terminate contract by choosing upon its expiration option before 4 months bcz notice period 4 months and also submit resign to company and company accept our resignation they give us last day of duty 20 Feb 2025 bcz our iqama expire on 3 march 2025 but our qiwa contract showing notice period until 22 April 2025 now company ask chose resignation option plz tell us what to do we get final settlement or any issue

Janab kuch din pahaley purAne kafil say name kafil kay paas araha hun by qiwa. Us may 90days bata raha hai. Abtak 2 weeks hogaye hai. Aaj yek interview huwa. Shayad select hojYunga. Brother mai AP sey mashwara laina chahta hon mera iqama 14 Nov, 2024 ko khatam ho raha hai or mera contact khatam hona hai 13 March 2025 ko ab problem ye hai mera kafeel galya be daita hai and her month salary be cut kar laita aisey hi choti C bat per. Mojy pata chala hai k os nay mera iqama renew nahi karna hai abi tak os ki tarf sey officially mojy kuch nahi kaha gaya. Mai 6 sal sey es company mai purchasing manager ki job kar raha hon. Mery contract mai her saal vacation per jana hai likha howa hai laikin 3 sal sey zayda ho gaya hai choti be nahi j saka. Ap please mojy btain mojy kya karna chahye. Hello Sir , I completed my first contract & go for vacation . Company offered me some increment in my salary before going vacation for renewal of my contract but , I rejected . After coming back I filled by Exit form & submitted to Project Manager. He then forward it to Head Office & it got accepted on the same day. I have proof of email for Exit acceptance, which says, Company has accepted his Exit request but, he has to wait until Safety Officer from Pakistan comes. I filed a case in labor court after which it was decided to complete 60 days notice period or pay 2 months salary and Iqama fees. I have completed 72 days now but the company still giving the same reply wait until the safety Officer comes or pay 2 months salary & iqama fees, Exit visa cost and take your tickets. Can I file a case ? will I be saved from paying to company & instead will the company pay me all my entitlements , visa & tickets.
