Just wanted to say i'm enjoying this deck! I didn't have enought mythics&rares to craft 2xMeathook and 3xPath of Peril so I'm using 3xRitual of Soot and 2xEthereal Absolution for the moment.

I played that Toto chap a few times, he is very very proud. I do the blue/green Acidic Slime deck for some control and Mirror Image (8 Acidic slimes is better than 4).

I just got this deck but didn't realise that Fragment Reality has been changed so you can't target your own permanents. Do you happen to have an updated version of this deck so I don't feel like I've wasted about $100 on wildcards? Would be really helpful.

i would play „burn down the house“ instead of „houer of devestaition“ cause of its higher flexibility…the token mode also allows it to be a finisher with bombardment

Oracle is insane,so much fun. I play one in my uw ctrl,and chain ancestral or time walk with snapcaster mage is priceless. Thx for the content man,i always love to see azorius in action!

another list that is sleeping on Silverwing Squardron.... As fun as taking peoples cards sounds it usually doesn't do anything for you when you could just be winning the game instead with an OTK. Angrath's is also a must. And for that reason Agent of Treachery joins Kennerth as big time winota noob bait.

That Jeskai Ascendancy list looks like it could be pretty good in Historic instead of Timeless. Too many bowmasters for Jeskai Ascendancy there IMO.

Anyone else remember when this combo first came out you had to intentionally rope your opponent with pact on the stack so you wouldnt time out

Finally, some red free magic.

You can use the rope to speed the combo if you know the opp doesn't have counters. Go full control and when thoracle etbs cast pact in response. This also works with jace the mind sculptor. Use his plus and respond to the activation with tainted pact. When you rope out the game will exile your deck and resolve the rest of the stack 😂

Having lost to Laelia + Tainted Pact earlier in Historic, this deck is right on par to be released today. Which that Laelia could fit very nicely into this deck (being only 2 CMC) and give you an alternate win con versus the Oracle, with slightly smaller amount of clicking. But given the higher chances of coming up against removal, my suggestion could simply be moot. Yet leaving a comment and hopefully gave someone the right idea to get Pact banned in Historic when I agree the Oracle shouldn't have been banned with it otherwise doesn't really combo with anything else in Historic to the level of Tainted Pact.

While this combo is certainly worthy of Timeless, it's very time-consuming to click through everything as the Tainted Pact is resolving.

3x Raise the alarm and 2 Flight of the Aquenauts.
