I actually don’t remember where I found the image. I got the image and checked it against an existing microscopic image with a scale bar that I had. It matched. Hence, I started using it.

Because whichever microscope you use, 20x or 10x will be universal magnifications. The magnification of 20X in microscope 1 would be same as that of 20X in microscope 2. I hope this answers your question
