The introduction scene for her always turned me off, it felt so forced... It’s like they wanted to make it clear she knew Japanese but didn’t know how to. But I haven’t read her comic yet, so idk if there’s a reason for that.

This Peni didn’t appear in ATSV, but another, more aggressive comic-accurate 2D variant of her appeared as that variant was with the spider society, but I hope that the ITSV Peni will appear in BTSV.

Listen. I love all the spiderpeople in these movies. Miles, Gwen, Hobie, Pav, etc. But out of all them, Peni is undoubtedly my favorite! She’s from the future, has the power of god and anime on her side, is best friends with the spider, fights in an awesome as shit mech suit that can emote it’s love to her, rolls around in heelys, and, most importantly, is simply adorable. HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE HER?!
