Hi Ben, Thank you for recording this. I have been in and out of depressive states my whole life and I can definitely relate. It is whatever I label it as and I tend to not identify with it nearly as much these days.

Hyped to hear the first episode! I'm interested to hear what you learn about organic foods. Recently i heard about how labels on egg cartons like "free range" and "organic" don't really mean what you think and I'd be interested in hearing more if you plan to make an episode on food supply chain sustainability!
