@@BecomingConscious29 Yes The whole moral of bhagwad geeta is to follow your life goals do good karma and sometimes even when we do bad karma that does not mean that we should keep punishing ourselves with those negative thoughts it was just a past and a part of life sometimes god knowingly gives bad situations to good person so that person can understand that if something is not going according to his or her plans so God tells him or her that's its time for to evolve and change rather just crying over situations be a warrior this is a lesson I get from bhagwad geeta from lord krishna

For example, through my decision, I lost out on those purchases, albeit short-term, as I'd after bought everything again, at other stores. @@neilkendrick4976 Understanding the real reasons behind people's actions and behaviors can help us to stop taking things personal, and can prevent the rise of anger and frustration inside us. For example, when someone is 'rude to us', they are not actually 'rude to us', but they lack self esteem and they seek attention from us, and they unconsciously try to achieve the feeling of self importance by trying to make us feel small. But that's about them, not about us. And the more conscious we become, the less other people's actions and reactions can affect us. This is my perspective... 😇🙏☮

When we start to become aware of the intrusive thoughts that run wild through our mind, it can be frustrating, because we want to stop them and we don't know how. And we might end up adopting unhealthy behaviours, that distract us from the bothering thoughts. In my case is overeating, but it can also be excess of alcohol, drugs, sex, games... When you get used to feel your body, you will be able to use this skill even when you buy food. For example, I feel a sensation of squeezing in my colon area when I think about buying something that my digestive system doesn't want at that moment. Some other times I feel compelled to buying some food that I would not normally buy. And then I even keep eating it for weeks.
