Love to do a similar simple slaw but mix up a chipotle crema to drizzle on top of the taco.. 1 part mayo, 1 part sour cream, the sauce from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, salt, pepper.. Also love to mix some cilantro into the slaw for that fresh cilantro taste, but cilantro isn't for everyone. Yours look plenty good tho. Great vid!

You can also use mineral oil is there supposed to last few years but we will see. It’s kind of an experiment😃

What did they do to your ankle? How are you doing?

They removed a 1 cm piece of bone that was broken off in the ankle joint . It was also causing a lot of damage to the tissue and cartilage around in the area, including causing cysts on the the bone. So they had to also clean all of that out and then scrape the the bone to try to create more cartilage growth.

A quick prayer to share: Heavenly Father, please help Taylor rest and recover, assured that You will be holding her carefully and drawing her even closer you. Please be her peace and strong foundation during this season of trial. Grant her a speedy and complete recovery. And remind her that she is Your treasure and this short time she will have extra time to focus on You. Surprise her with how well You will provided for her and those you have placed around her. Thank you! I do have a video on my channel but it is older, but I use -1 box of Arm &Hammer washing soda -One box of borax -And then I grate one bar zote laundry soap I use around 2 tablespoons depending on load size. Using such little soap does take some time to get used to so I have added things like foca detergent to stretch it when I have had a heavier hand🤣. if you miss having a scent, you can always add some type of scent beads of your choice.

My doe was getting out for the last couple of days (we learned ahe was crawling underneath the neighbor's chain link fence), but thankfully an electric fence line is keeping her in for now. I hope your goat stays put if just to remove one item from your 'to do' list approaching this surgery.

I hope so too. She has been a pain. I have set up two different electric fences in two different locations. Tried to make sure that they were staying very stretched and then I even tried two different size energizers thinking maybe I need to put a stronger one on there and she still is going right over. I think she’s just dealing with the shock enough to get over the side of the fence unless there’s a weak spot somewhere in my fence I need to get a tester, but at the moment she’s free ranging and the dogs are in all in the electric fence.

@honeybriarfarmstead our former livestock guardian dog was completely undeterred by electric and structural fences and even climbed over the 8' wire one my husband installed. 🤦♀️ All that said, I relate and am sorry. I'm praying it gets worked out so you don't have to think about it while you're in recovery!

That's heartbreaking. 3) I am a HUGE proponent of showing our #RealLife homes, because I feel like there are waaay too many "perfect home" photos floating around the internet, and it's not only unrelatable but also discouraging. My home is pretty much never put together, so #Solidarity there.
