Orange Fig Jam recipe / how to water bath can jam step by step for beginners

2 1/2 quarts (10 cups) figs
1/2 teaspoons salt
5 cups sugar
9 oranges (zest and juice )
3 lemons ( zest and juice)
Makes about 9-10 1/2 pint jars

Great video Taylor! Can never have too much canning information. Looks yummy! My mother used to can delicious fig jam. Sadly, she never taught me how. Great job! Just needs some hot biscuits 😋. Thank you Karen! Your right I made some sour dough biscuits the other day and they were so good together. Also thank you 😊 and for the eyebrows honestly they barely grow and what does grow is a lighter color so I only clean them up every six months 😂. I
