Why couldn't the homes have small balconies as is common in EU countries like Sweden? Would be nice to sit out on the balcony in the summer, especially apartments overlooking the canal.

Here in Rotterdam we pay a county tax for removal. And therefor all rubbish, is collected for free. Chemical, Electrical, Construction and Household. Ergo there is no rubbish dumping nescessary. You make an appointment with the counsil by phone of site, then on the day of removal you put it on the sidewalk, and poof gone. How simple.

I have to search what a community order was. It would be so helpful if you could exatcly explain some things. A community order is a non-custodial sentence which requires an offender to perform community service, observe a curfew, undergo treatment for drug or alcohol addiction, etc., instead of going to prison.

She’s a good actress that’s for sure ,I was born and bred here ,it was a great town that’s right a town ,and always will be a town in my eyes,yes we have some nice places like grand theatre ,civic halls,but go into center of the town shops all shut the place is dead most days only reason I went up was to do some banking it’s a very depressing place ,real shame used to have some great shops ,and the night life was good ,not just wolves though lots of towns are the same shops boarded up prob never open again ,times change I suppose but not always for the better
