Haste is actually the fastest entity in the entire game. You might think it's ambush or A-60 but no, it's actually haste. He is the fastest because no matter how fast you are, he will always catch up to you at the same speed. One time I had the maximum overdrive modifier and make haste on, and I tried to outrun haste, but he was faster than me.
