i tested all of them at ulta last week and fell in LOVE with salted muse, which is interesting because i really dislike santal 33, honestly it feels like a more wearable woody "squid" by zoologist which i also love. it is pretty unisex to me and i cannot get over the beautiful bottle and nourishing formula. i have pretty sensitive eczema that get triggered by most of my more alcoholic fragrances and this did not break me out (everyone's eczema is different) which is really nice to not have to worry about!

I tested all of these and ended up buying Blooming Fire because it smells so good. I layer it with Ouai St. Barts body lotion and it smells so tropical! I absolutely love it.

I was excited for soft spot until i learned about the jasmine notes. No idea why but jasmine is by far the scent note that im the most sensitive too, jasmine scents always give me awful headaches 😔

I smelled all 3 at ulta and didn't like any of them. They all smelled too floral for me, but then again I'm a gourmand lover. 😅

JUST Don't order from Scent Trunk. It took me 3 ignored emails, 2 filled out forms on their website, filing a complaint with Paypal, calling Paypal to escalate to get my Money back for a large bottle. $155.00! They charged me immediately, I didn't get tracking a few days later, as promised, so started emailing, etc, which I should not have had to do. They had my $$$ for 11 days & someone FINALLY emailed me back after Paypal went after them for fraud. I had PROOF I wasn't getting any response. Then this person said they were "Sorry",... they got my email...email? ...One??? Nahhhhhh....5 emails over a period of 7 days looking for tracking. Said they were "looking into it" & hadn't replied b/c they didn't know what to say. OMFG!!!! Said they were a small company. OK, then, when you GET the email, you walk into the other room & find out where someone's GOOD money & Perfume is & answer ASAP. They were also RUDE about it after they "Apologized", making excuses. They can keep their $hit, they won't get another dime from me. I review on KZbin & have over 600 in my collection at this minute, (There's videos) I believe I can do w/o someone's BS. What would have happened, IF, (bc II buy a ton of perfumes online) I would have forgotten, or hadn't gotten Paypal involved. Bunch of sorry idiots. They'll go under, you can't grow by not making your mistakes right & getting an attitude about it. A$$holes! In 2025 They'll be on TJMAXX's red tag reduced counter for $14.99. There WILL be a RANT video soon!

I know this is an older video but, just so that people know, what gives Vanilla Royale a plasticky note is not the oud, is the rum. Rum is a note that unless it's done extremely well, can often give a synthetic plastic (and sometimes cheap) vibe to a perfume.

Hum...I admit I initially dismissed these perfumes as a cheap celebrity cash grab, but now I think I might want to get my nose on Blooming Fire. I like Mugler's Alien, so that's a positive association for me.

have you done a video on lavender type scents yet? cause i live off of the sleepy line from lush but it feels like something is missing.

I tested the Orebella perfumes at Ulta and my favorite was Blooming Fire. After about 2 minutes of sniffing it I realized that I already have this scent, well I have 100m vintage Alien, 30ml 2019 Alien, and 60ml Alien Fusion… (not to mention, Alien Essence Absolue which actually smells more like VR Good Fortune Elixir). I do think Orebella is warmer and more tropical. I think this is a sign to bust out my Alien bottles. I might even get a travel size of Orebella to compare. Alien is not an “old lady” scent, lol, but she is very avante-grade, very gothic. Alien is very loud, otherworldly, very floral, but a strange floral. She’s wearing all black, crushed velvet, listening to the Cure, or Depeche Mode. I can understand younger people not liking mature scents, but I think the issue is more that the scents are maybe too much for daily wear. People might complain at work. That’s why I go for fruity florals and crowd-pleasing scents.

So glad I smelled window2soul without knowing any notes. I stay away from rose and definitely stay away from mint , but I loved it and I bought it along with blooming fire . I hate patchouli too!!! So damn , girl did the damn thing , these smell lovely natural and atypical. I didn’t get to smell muse tho :( somebody stole the tester and my Ulta’s never replaces them
