the best bodycare (to smell good without perfume!)

I'm a server at a fancy-ish place so I end up smelling a lot of expensive perfumes on guests. The other day I kept smelling this incredible fluffy creamy vanilla when I passed by one of my tables and I finally asked what it was. The girl laughed and said it was just the EOS Vanilla Cashmere lotion. She could have told me it was something from Xerjoff but this stuff is 9 bucks at Target

I love the smell of the Sol de Janeiro products. A girl told me last month that it smelled “basic” and I was so offended 😅

The thing is they are actually not 'basic' smelling at all. Maybe the VS body mists from 10 years ago smell basic but not Sol de Janeiro, they are best selling for a reason. @@ummmmno411

Im currently obsessed with the OUAI St. Barts line both the shower gel and body butter. The perfect tropical/vacation scent, soooo good! Gonna look into the Sol de Janeiro now though

Just discovered a beautiful, affordable drugstore bodywash! Dove dryness relief oatmeal and ricemilk scent! It's such a creamy, deep but clean frangrance and leaves your skin soooo soft!

Re Salt and Stone leftover lotion in the bottle, I have this beef with like all pump packaging haha... honestly I just cut into the bottle and scoop the lotion into a little mini tupperware or something. Not aesthetic but at least you don't waste it! Salt and Stone is amazing though, I have their Bergamot and Eucalyptus deo which I use all the time and I also own their Santal and Vetiver deo which I DON'T use all the time because it smells like a very specific positive time in my life so I want to hold onto it forever and never become noseblind to it lol. I want to dive into it haha. I'm glad to learn they have lotion too!

I have very sensitive and dry skin. I understand the science enough to know that we don’t “need” suds, we have just been conditioned to think that suds = good soap. I have entire cleaners that don’t foam at all and they clean just as well without drying out my skin.

I have the big litre SDJ shower cream and I love it because it has a PUMP ❤ and I also looove the missing person shower gel and body lotion (and perfume ofc). My fave from the drug store is probably the OGX coffee line for shower gel and body lotion simply for the smellll omg it’s amazing. I also love Philosophy Candy Cane for this time of year !

Thought I would definitely see Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse. I have it for years. To describe the notes, it’s in the same family with rouge malachite/soleil blanc/solaris. I love love love it so much I want perfume versions of it so I bought the above two (don’t have Solaris yet). It smells so warm because its solar tropical vibe, I love it in winter, warm my soul cheer me up.

Pumps are a MUST in the shower! When I get to the bottom inch I leave it upside down & then annoyingly open it. Once I’m done doing that, I add a bit of water & use it up so it’s squeaky clean. I then re-use the pump bottles for my faves that annoyingly aren’t made in a pump (Philosophy fresh cream warm cashmere in the annoying plasticky, slippery squeeze bottles & others) I actually bought the giant Sol De Janeiro 62 in the pump for a great price but I don’t find it all that great-doesn’t lather, doesn’t have a strong smell that lasts on my skin. It’s rather meh but I’m def going to be reusing that big daddy pump bottle!😂

I totally agree! I have been loving the naturium lately- it’s unscented but it has a pump and cleans so well!

I’m still looking for my favorite body wash. I do love the Pomegranate one from Dove and I feel like they had a Lemongrass Verbana one or maybe it was a body spray that is nowhere to be found anymore 😢 But those are my Summer scents. For Winter I use whatever vanilla body wash I can grab but haven’t found “the one” and I love the Unconditional Love firming body emulsion from Philosophy which was a recent find. I def want to try the Chai and Pumpkin scented stuff from Philosophy for the Fall as I love love loveee Chai and Pumpkin. I also love me a coffee scent. Thanks for the video!

Waiting for an EOS lotion i ordered in the scent vanilla cashmere and i´m very excited for it. Usually i use the cocoa radiant lotion and oil from vaseline, but the oil is very oily so i only use it before i go to bed once a week.
