@@nilssemmler5662 if it's a dual port then you can fit just about any header on. I have an 08 impreza 2.5i and the only header specific for that car is $900 but I can take the header off my 99 legacy 2.5gt and bolt it right on. They're all interchangeable for the most part.

Depending on the airgun they only produce about the same noise and vibration as a ships propellor when it cavitates. Active sonar is much louder.

@@bengarcia9612 Like that matters. Most seismic airguns used in oil searches produce louder sounds than active sonar. You can hear it quite clearly on the other side of the Atlantic, while active sonar won't reach those distances.

Michael Caplin then you may have read in his analysis that airguns can go up to a whopping 232 db in extreme cases, to give you a reference in the bubblehead world the first big news experiment using a sonar source (and how it affects wildlife specifically whales) produced 226 db around 3kHz iirc. Just shy of an airgun and that was a miniature sonar much quieter than is used on naval vessels. While the actually db and freq range is classified I can say that all US sonars (sans SURTASS and other low range) are well in excess of the maximum of an airgun. Ill say its at least 235... LFA (which isn’t really used any more) cranks out 240 declassified. also worth nothing that SOSUS was able to hear sonar pulses from the north sea in the arctic circle from the Caribbean AKA across the ocean. So right now in the uk the Hawkeye 2.0R I just bought cost me a whole 500£ in mint condition absolutely nothing wrong with it. If I wanted to buy the wrx sti version I’d be looking at paying between 8-16k for one which is a huge difference considering the only real difference is the fact the wrx has a turbo and the 2.0r does not. Plus the insurance is not even half of that of the wrx sti model. Oh and one more small detail in case anyone decides to get all technical the wheel nuts on the 2.0R are 5x100 and on the wrx sti they are 5x114 #whoactuallycareslol Now on mine I put some uel headers and a 2.25 inch exhaust from the headers to the tip with a high flow catalytic converter (passes mot) and a big 3.5 inch tail muffler by HKS... this set up gives an even better sound than what the wrx sti makes ...

Stock it comes with 280hp which is enough. You don’t need 600hp
