I have seen so many videos titled fluid hot process whose finished soap batter is clumpy and cannot be poured. This video actually shows hot process batter that poured as fluid as light/medium trace cp soap. I am truly inspired now that a truly fluid hp batter is possible. What ratio of H2O/NaOH did you use? What temp did you cook at? How long until soap was fully cooked? Thankyou!

Thank you for checking out my video and channel. I soap at high temps anywhere between 200 and 225. For it cooks faster but there will be volcanoes which I love. My water percent is different with each recipe but for this one I believe it was at 30. It usually takes about 10-20 mins to fully cook..sometimes it's between 7-10 mins just depends.

Please What is its shelf life? The soap will not spoil in the presence of yoghurt؟

No it's soap. There yogurt is there for the lactic acid benefits to the soap your making. It's not enough to spoil.

What temperature are your oils and lye?
@RumCreekSoaps
@RumCreekSoaps Жыл бұрын
Regarding the lye I pour it time it's stirred and dissolved I do not let cool down at all. The temp of my oils can range from 160-225 and the higher end usually results in volcanoes which I love.

@@RumCreekSoaps thank you so much for replying. I have used this method a few times but I’m not very confident with using it. I have couple more questions if you don’t mind. Do you discount your water at all and approximately how long does it take for the soap to be done once you pour in your lye. Thanks so much for your help.
@RumCreekSoaps
@RumCreekSoaps Жыл бұрын
Sometimes I discount my water and sometimes I don't but when I do discount my water it usually cooks quicker that when I don't discount it. When I don't discount it takes about 10-15 mins and when I do discount it can move fairly quickly and be done about 7 mins depends on how steep of a discount. Hope that helps. And pls let me know what you would like to see more of

Doesn’t that Bella come with a whisk attachment? Have you ever tried using that during a volcano in order to save your arm? Just wondering. I might try FLUID HTHP SOAP, but only with an electric whisk….. I have flimsy biceps! 🤪 You certainly make it look easy! ♥️

That looks like Pine Tar Soap, and I didn’t realize Neem Oil was so dark. I thought it was green in color, but when that big volcano happened it looked like angry, red lava! 🔥😳Props for handling that eruption like a Boss Lady! 😉 My whisk would have hit the ceiling, my stick blender slung in another direction, more than a few F-Bombs would have graced the video, and the whole world would have seen me hit the floor!….. *ACCIDENTALLY DIED of a CORONARY trying to OUTRUN a VOLCANO*😂🤣😂🤣 I love ❤️ watching your videos!

I forgot to ask do you put sugar or honey or tussa silk in your hot process and if so do you put it in your lye water?
@RumCreekSoaps
@RumCreekSoaps Жыл бұрын
Sometimes I add silk sometimes I don't. Honey I add after the cook. Sugar sometimes I add in the lye mix other times I add after the cook. It just depends.

I like to put a few additives in my soap. I see that you start out with just melted butters. Some of my additives are powder do I just mix them with water or oil to put in towards the end?
@RumCreekSoaps
@RumCreekSoaps Жыл бұрын
Depending on the additive, like a clay I add to oils. If it's like a milk powder I add to water then add after the cook. Just depends on your process

@RumCreekSoaps

So I see this is just the crockpot insert. How do you keep soap temperature for it to stay hot? Do you just have to cover it?
@RumCreekSoaps
@RumCreekSoaps Жыл бұрын
I heat the oil to my desired temperature and it's in the crockpot insert. The insert holds heat really well. When you add your lye mix it adds heat. This speeds up the cooking process and your soap is made pretty fast and the stays hot for me until I pour in the soap mold. It depends on your method and recipe and additives how it works for you
