How I Make Fluid Hot Process Activated Charcoal Turmeric Soap

Hey, y'all! In this episode, I am making activated charcoal and turmeric fluid hot process soap. For my essential oil blend, I used eucalyptus, peppermint, and spearmint. Very refreshing!

I think that it is interesting to see you add the color first, is that because it was a main ingredient?

I added the Charcoal and Turmeric in the oil first to help disperse it evenly and so that it is less likely to stain.

Doesn’t that Bella come with a whisk attachment? Have you ever tried using that during a volcano in order to save your arm? Just wondering. I might try FLUID HTHP SOAP, but only with an electric whisk….. I have flimsy biceps! 🤪 You certainly make it look easy! ♥️

It does come with a wisk attachment but I use that for my candle wax. It definitely does a number on your arms but goodness knows I need the arm workout😂

Beautiful soap! Still trying to figure out HP vs FHP. Would you plz share the temps of the oils and lye and did you cook on high the whole time? Thank you!

Regarding the lye I pour it time it's stirred and dissolved I do not let cool down at all. The temp of my oils can range from 160-225 and the higher end usually results in volcanoes which I love.
