They are not worthy your attention. Social Media is a crazy thing, but when it is used in the right way you can get good things out from it. You change the society for the better. I think it is important to detox from social Media from time to time. Do other things. I know how it feels when your mind plays trix on you. It also happend to me. Our brain is not always our best friend. But thoughts are not the trough. You are amazing, a kind soul that wants the best for others, but you must do the best for your self too. You have a lot of good personal qualities. One advice is to wrote them down. Or tell one of your loved ones to say them to you. Don't let the bad thoughts taking over your mind. I think you fed the the more you think about them. It's good to distract bad thoughts with going and do something completely different to fokus on. It's good you gona go and exercise. Then you change fokus from your mind to your body. Feels what it can do. Listen to good music can also help. Do things that you now distract you from thinking.
