It is impossible to bowl at Shoaib's and Brett Lee's unplayable speed without chucking. Both of them concealed their chucking so cleverly that the on-field umpires didn't even notice it. Chucking is also harmful to the bowler's body and that is why Shoaib and Brett Lee didn't have long careers. On the other hand pace bowlers like Glenn McGrath and James Anderson had clean bowling actions and played for a long time and also took many more wickets than Akhtar and Lee.
