Bring back leather. Why plastic? Bring back leather. You can still ground.. as a matter of fact they did a study. On simple shoes worn over mountains. Made out of grass and leather. Packed with wool. Were warmer. Easier on the ice. And they kept grounded the whole time.. Absolute garbage you're trying to sell to us. And you're telling us that's all we have today. Incorrect

Hi! One question. It is said that running shoes should be taken one centimeter longer. Does this rule also apply to minimalist shoes or can I take them in my “normal” size?

Football (Soccer) boots are notoriously narrow. Any plans to design something for the pitch?

That's a pretty interesting concept. I imagine they would have to refine that a lot for a different scenarios but still pretty cool.

Read your book , inspiring & thought provoking . I 100% push my body further now & override the brains early messages to stop, then follows reward & I can rationalise all & do this over & over . Never thought I’d be doing half & full irons but I am . Last Jan I couldn’t swim half a length front crawl. That’s more persistence than digging deep but training harder & longer definitely mental . Keep it up Ross & thank you .

Genuine question I am at a job where I’m on my feet all day working on concrete. Which one of these would be better? Or do you have any other recommendations for barefoot shoes? I’ve had a hard time staying in barefoot shoes because of how my feet feel at the end of the day.

Vivos notably have horrible traction. Very slippery. They are also very narrow now, just like conventional shoes. Totally useless. Sadly. I've been using vivos for ten years, but can't anymore because of how bad they have become.

If the shoes hadn't been crippled by having been made just as narrow as conventional shoes I would love to keep buying them. Have been using vivos for ten years but not able to buy new ones for 8 because of you abandoning your principles.

Not gonna happen when you’re 116kg mate. Need a bloody lot more than this to be strong.

He's speaking for the average people. You know what the average untrained male benchpress? It's 135lbs bro. Imagine only being able to do 1 rep with 135, that's the average male in the world. Squat is around 135lbs also and Deadlift is around 90kg so 200lbs. Thats the world we live in mate
@cosmicdeven597617 күн бұрын
@@ray_gaming7 facts. People underestimate the amount of movement needed for the average person to gain muscle. Most people are nowhere near their maximum strength potential. Doing bare minimum is a big jump from doing absolutely nothing

@@ray_gaming7dang ive been training bench press since October and ive only just hit 135lbs. Although i use dumbells so not sure if that makes it harder?
@standa-yt17 күн бұрын
@@ray_gaming7 why would you make fun of someone benching 135? Especially considering most people dont gym (there’s other ways to stay healthy) + a lot of people weight <135 themselves.
@ray_gaming717 күн бұрын
@ No i was talking a about males, not female. Most males weight above 135, AND its because most people are unhealthy. (there’s other ways to stay healthy) Yeah and most people dont do it. Google how many people practice a sport regurlarly or go gym, its around 15% worldwide. That means you got 80 to 85% of people in this world who most likely cant do a single push up or chin up. Imagine not being able to save yourself if you’re hanging from a cliff, a roof, ladder, anything that you have to support your own weight and pull yourself back up. 80% of the population cant. Its not funny dude, its sad.

The more important factor is the intensity you bring to those sets, aka, at the very least close to or even all the way to failure on each of them. With low volume like that, intensity is extra crucial
@TheDavveponken17 күн бұрын
With only two sets if you go for maximum intensity you are sure to injure yourself seeing as you are then essentially not warning up. Assumably he is going for strength gain and longevity here. And actually doing the exercise. The opposite mindset.
