I like the concept, but combat looks exhausting. One of the pleasures of the old school turn based combat systems is that they were, for the most part, relaxing. I'm not a young man anymore, my hand-eye coordination is, shall we say, weaker than it used to be. I would love it if they included a mode to make the game a more traditional jrpg experience, as I will probably have to pass on this otherwise.

I never once hesitated to shoot, this is a game, and nothing here is real. HOWEVER, the mission sticks with you, it stuck with me, and once the ending happened, I reflected on everything. And I remember also realizing that Joseph Allen's sacrifice meant nothing, and this was a turning point for the war in the game in a very real way. Despite my reaction, I've seen everyone else's, and I get them. This mission depicts a nightmare, where you're involved whether you like it or not. People will die, you can't stop it, the bad guys get what they want; and you end the mission losing your life to make their statement mean something internationally. As a player, no matter how you played No Russian, you complete the mission suffering a failure. I love the risk the mission took, I wish I saw more of them; but it's just impressive we got No Russian in the first place. This mission could have easily been shelved, so I'll take what we did get!
