We have heard you call a few clear deviance within the sect of Shi’a Islam “Shaykh” like Tawheedi and Yasir Habeeb. Their deviance has been proven numerous times, and they have been rejected by many maraaji. Your liberal approach allows for multiple entry points for those who seek to destabilise and destroy islam. Your judgement call to change tactics after you were hurt by seeing men in the Muslim world silent at the atrocities ISIS was committing seems to have been devoid of any understanding of the role that western created terrorist group are designed to fulfil; to serve the western imperialist agenda. They are planted to fan the flames of sectarian division, and you, in a moment of rage decided to jeopardise the security of the Muslim world. By attacking the figures, they hold most dear to them in Islamic history In a rhetoric, that was highly aggressive. This was a complete 180 from the on my next one of the past, And you did not observe the diligence and patience that Imam Ali observed before acting, Nor was it, your call to make considering that by your own words, such actions have implications on the Shi’a community around the world. You claim that you are not a Shirazi since you are in the taqleed of Sayyid Sistani, But your actions and new outlook seem more in line with the sectarian teachings of the Shirazi movement that weakens the ummah. When Sayyid Sistani says about Sunnis that we mustnt call them our brothers but rather call rhem ourselves, and then you give a speech, essentially saying that their whole sect and every figure they hold dear has a terrorist problem, the two do not equate. When Sayed Sistani Tells us that the Muslims must strive together to free Palestine, But in your lecture, you blame Palestinians for terrorism against Muslims and discourage support for them, the two are not aligned. When you end your aggressive rhetoric with “BOTTOM LINE, AHLUS SUNNAH”, We know exactly what line of thinking that come from, and its not Sayyid Sistani’s. When you give an entire lecture on British Shi’ism, completely misrepresenting Imam Khamenei’s words on the topic such that he has to clarify, when his statements are clear as day on his website a google search away, we know how disingenuous you are being. When you make light of receiving funding from MI6 to create a sectarian film, what do you think the people will think. You are not building a very strong case for yourself not being an agent or Shirazi. Finally, the concept of tacit approval means that if you appear on certain channels or allow yourself to take photos with certain individuals that you legitimise their ideologies, no matter how twisted.

I don't think its appropriate to take pictures with girls, who I assume don't even wear proper hijab and are wearing makeup. You are supposed to lower your gaze. Plus, interaction with the opposite gender should be minimized.

I can't believe this is the man who recorded the shabab al sibtayn majalis! I was just starting university in 2011 and had no shias around. Those videos were game changers because it wasn't a prerecorded recitation - you felt like you were part of active mourning in a group. I never thought about who was running the camera to capture those videos - may Allah reward you in dunya and akhera!

The truth will always reveal that God Swt said we throw the truth over the falsehood and the truth will smash it. The Shiaa have nothing to do with Islam. It's just a movement to eliminate it from inside. Most of their books of faith are based on lies, have fake reports, and clearly failed the authenticity. In addition, it never follows the path of the prophet Pbuh, never respected him when it insults his wife and his favourite companions. Shiaa cant be Muslims since they doubt the Quran and basically have no devine text to follow. Shiaa did more harm to islam by approving fornication, killing innocent people, using drugs, cheating, lying, and worshipping and glorifying other than God. Shiaa betrayed islam many times, and history shows how the invasion of Baghdad by the Mongols was a treason by a Shiaa. Modern history shows how they participated with the russians, french, and U.S. in invading Iraq and Syria, killing 2 million Muslims, and migrated 7 million out of their homes. Their constant lies continue in this movie by ignoring the fact that isi is not sunni when isi was used by the shiaa and their allies the enemies of Islam to kill the Sunnis (the true Muslims). It is a well known fact ( Check the lawsuit news on lafarge) that Lafarge the french company was financially supporting isi during the invasion of Iraq. But the Shiaa continued to lie in the movie and showed isi as Sunnis and mirrored their criminal behaviour on the prophet's companions. I personally think this movie will work as a promotion to the real Islam (the Sunni) not the fake Shiaa beleif that was established 3 centuries after the prophet pbuh, and people nowadays with help of the digital libraries can findout the truth easier than any other time. Actually, more real Shiaa believers are becoming real Muslims (Sunnis) nowadays, so no matter what the enemies do, the truth will smash the falsehood.

Masha Allah, Dr Shabbir’s humility and sincerity, along with his fervent love for Ahulbayt (AS) were very apparent through this discussion. I genuinely pray that his tawfeeqat are increased, and that every letter he has written or recited is accepted and rewarded infinitely. We’re blessed to have had a glimpse into his world, as regardless of whether you’re a reciter or not, there is much to learn from our brother about how to be a true kadhim and how to live life as a true believer. Thank you @progenypodcast

Commend you Brother Zameer. The point you made in 34:50 has always been a concern of mine as well. My understanding about the Hindus who believe in Brahman is similar to some of the indigenous tribes in South Africa (where I reside) who believe in One supreme being. The Nguni tribes like the Zulu and Xhosa for instance have the belief of whom they call uMvelingqangi, uSimakade, uQamata. And all these names are the names of the Creator only and nobody else. But some Muslim jurists (From both schools) dismiss all of this as idolotry and polytheism.

Tattoos are haraam according to the narrations of ahlulbayt (as). This is the problem with blind taqleed - people are unconsciously following things without researching what the Thaqalayn have said about them. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu Abd Allah from his father from Mohammed ibn Sinan from Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: ‘Abu Abd Allah (as) has said that the Messenger of Allah (saww) has cursed tattooing persons and those (women) who are tattooed, those who raise the price of a piece of goods for sale without the intention to buy and those who agree to such act’. Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, H. 4024, And from Qatada who said, ‘When Ibleesla went down, Adamas said: ‘O Lord! He (la) has been cursed. What is his knowledge?’ Allah replied: ‘The magic’. He (as) asked: ‘What is his reading?’ Allah replied: ‘The poetry’. Heas asked: ‘What is his writing?’ Allah replied: ‘The Tatoos’. He (as) asked: ‘What is his food?’ Allah replied: ‘Every corpse (dead) and on which the Name of Allah has not been mentioned’. He (as) asked: ‘What is his drink?’ Allah replied: ‘Every intoxicant’. He (as) asked: ‘Where is his dwelling place?’ Allah replied: ‘The bath’. He asked: ‘Where is his sitting (place)?’ Allahazwj replied: ‘The markets’. He asked: ‘What is his voice?’ Allah replied: ‘The flute’. He asked: ‘What are his traps?’ Allah replied: ‘The women’. Bihar ul Anwaar - Volume 60 - Hadeeth 172

According to narrations parents do have an impact on our lives after their decease, and they can still pray for us or curse us. It's recommended to do good on their behalf, pay their debts and so forth... May Allah swt grant Jannah to all parents who raised good kids like the sister
