This was an amazing journey! I am battling diabetes and have come to realize the ONLY way to beat this is to create an exercise routine I can stick to for life. And walking my dogs doesn’t cut it!!!!I started doing little marathons, 12Ks and hikes. Watching your struggle to complete your self set challenge was truly amazing and inspirational! You all lost so much weight! I can’t imagine how hard this truly was for you all. It is very obvious there were many other challenges you chose not to share! Access to go quality food and water had to be at the top! I can’t wait to hear how you all are doing, even if you do an update a year from now! Warmest wishes!

I was part of a bike trip along the elba river, and because of an accident i sprained my ankle bad at 715 am. We didnt get to thr hotel u til after 6pm. I was able to just barely keep it together, but when my roommate asked me how i felt i couldnt speak. I tried to say im fine but i started bawling instead. Hardest day of my life for sure. 23 yo male small meniscus tear knee really hurts when running more than 10 minutes. Used to do ultras. Any advice ? Orthopedic said surgery is an option but didn't endorse it really I heard from some other runners they regret getting surgery since there knee was more fucked afterwards. Not sure what to do..

Im binging on this i didnt even know at the time they were filming it and im gutted would loved to have watched this at the time. Its lile watching a running version of top gear, stan and the other lads with the production os insane very talented, gus is a top lad and russ what a fella truely inspirational a once in a generation lad, youndeserve all and any success in life, got me back out stomping, nothing on your level but with a wife and 2 kids ive done over 20 miles this week, thank you.

Hakim and a Rad are everything this world is lacking! Stopping their normal lives to travel over 1600km to “help out” is beyond thoughtful. Most people don’t commit to even helping friends without thinking it through or asking questions. Everyone could do with friends like them. Amazing ❤
