Tidy job guys! Ive literally just bought the exact same truck to convert into a tiny home 811d 1997. Do you have any pearls of wisdom 3 years down the line? Hows the roof holding up? I had a similar idea to paint. Cromopol holding up ok?

Dunni if you'll read this but will sebndin the hoper. Ok so i have also a 7.5 ton merc 814 like yours but with the steel uprights on the outside of aluminium sheets as the walls. However it's leaking on the walls in several places/ It's styationary and will now never move from the spot it's in/ So this makes me wonder whether i might be able to clad the vehicle in something like larch wood or corrugated panels where we'd have to drive the cladding into the steel uprights. Any suggestions and advice GRATEFULLY received! Cheers Suzan

Great.progress have been following since the start ...currently building my own but a word of advice ..don't put your burner. High .I done this and .my feet were constantly cold it will draw air from the lowest.point and remain cold up to the height of the burner ..it was a vew.years.ago now in my first van..👍💚
