While I don't have this set, and probably will not, I still I appreciate and proud that you did this. Why? For three reasons - generally for making an alternative build, basing the build on one of the printed pieces, that someone probably would've liked to see be used as an actual part of a dragon, and for making instructions free 😃👍

I am to report that this Great build does have one illegal technique on the waist but it is easy to replace the 2x1 with two 1x1 studs

Definitely an amazing build. Not sure if I will ever have the chance to build it, as I really like the dragon build itself and want to add it to my collection of dragons, but this is genuinely an impressive alternate build.

How sturdy is it?

It's quite stable and can hold a pose! But of course, as a custom build, it can't compare to the sturdiness of an offical lego set

I love the design, it's incredible. However, I have some doubts. Is it taller than the original? And regarding the articulation, is it better, the same or worse than the original model?

Thanks for your comment! It's slightly shorter than the original model, but most of the articulation is retained, except for the moveable knee armour

Personally i think the white makes the set look much better. Mainly becase the limbs stand out from the body so the poces read much easier

I also definitely think the white is a good choice. It really makes the mech pop. However, I do think maybe they could have not used the grey. Something about it looks weird to me with the black and the white.

For each their own - the creator of this MOC doesn't try to portray this as a superior option, where white was an absolutely bad thing or anything like that. It's just an option for people who would want this for one reason or another, and I really appreciate that it was made, regardless of whenever or not I'll this myself, because I generally like having extra options, and the build on its own IS good
