Do you ever feel broken? Depressed? Sad? Not enough? Well there's no peace in things of the world (1 John 2:15-16).Well there was a sinless man who never knew of sin and his father loved the world so much, that he sent him to die on the cross for all our sins. This is presented in John 3:16 in the Bible (John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only one and begotten son, that whoever believe in him shall not perish but have eternal life) He paid the price! And it was more than death. He was attacked, striped naked, beaten by many people for no reason! Whilst he was on the cross, he thought of you! He thought of all your sins and still decided to die for you! From reading John 3:16, here are 4 main points about it. 1st point: God loved you so so so much that he sent his only son to pay the price for all of us to be saved. 2nd point: God gave us forgiveness grace through the death on the cross. 3rd point: You can be saved, not through works, not by being a good person, but by believing and pursuing God. 4th point: Lastly, you don’t have to be guilty of those sins anymore because you are saved! This is due to the death on the cross! At the time, you might not feel it but trust me, you are. (Isaiah 30:15 The right ones don’t make you question your place in their life. You have to beg for attention, love or respect, you’ve asking the wrong person. Peace over presence.) Turn to God. He’s calling on YOU! ❤ Though I don’t know you, I love you! But remember God loves you WAAAY more!!

One thing I never see addressed is short torso vs. long torso. I'm fit and technically an "hourglass" but my torso is so short that I still look weird in many clothes. I cannot wear high-waisted pants at all. They basically come up to my ribs and I look ridiculous. Another thing that makes a difference is the size of your ribcage. This has a big impact on how your clothes fit.

I go through this everyday. I am on depression meds and have tried to come of it but can't. I keep feeling I am letting people down. But on my meds I am just stuck. I just work and try to sleep. When it gets dark my mind won't stop so I don't sleep longer than 2 or 3 hours

Older person ~50 with depression. It got bad enough that my mind went to the past and questioned past decisions/relationship stuff and even if my current life/marriage is right. It's been tough. It's hard going to work, pretending to be well and pushing forward. Saying I'm fine/hello etc to other people. Money is not the solution, possessions, nope. Recently I reached out to old friends that are surprisingly supportive. Still trying to figure things out, my purpose... Hang in there!
