You can move to my house, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car garage, nice back yard which is connected to a golf course, plenty of ponds and trails for hiking, running and exercise. Less BS of NYC…I have a garden and next to mountains. You drive or take the bus to the city and it’s $4.50 round trip if you don’t want to take my BMW… Plus I’m completely single, debt free….and I pay $1,723.89 per month for my home loan. The utilities are relatively cheap….it’s quiet and many birds around

Honestly I wish we could have asked the previous tenants nefore we mived into our current house. It has so many tiny issues that you have to live there before you figure it out. All the doors have to be banged 😢 gives me a mini headache everytime. Whenever rain falls heavily the house floods and there are leaks every where. Kitchen room so annoying 😪

Can someone American please clarify why Darren was too good to be true? If it's just the realtor, I'd just suck it up since you only have to interact with them until you get the apartment.
