Only Two reasons Why 'leader' would step back: •Actual, genuine, capable leader thats having a (personal) 'crisis' Or, in this case... •An incapable, lazy 'leader' that only 'talks-the-talk' but, when tested, can't perform... Best option here to get-rid of steve...

As much as I love Gordon Ramsay and Kitchen Nightmares I hate it when they have someone on show like that Danny with mental health problems then they make a big song and dance over him for views etc... obviously because the producers whatever have told him to do it for example gordon said "the only person with passion in here is danny" camera zooms into danny whos washing a spoon which he started 5 hours ago its such a tv show somwtimes which i know but make him fukin headchef then if hes that good lets be honest hes a worthless as everyone else but because its channel 4 theyve made him out like a hero and hes just a window licker

nah he's just a hard nose reporter. He gets under everyone's skin because he's aways doing shady stuff behind the scenes to get information but that's what makes him good at what he does.

There is a thread on 'derelict places' about this place. So sad to see what happened to it as it fell into complete ruin. Derby council are knocking it down now.
