Current event videos are great to go viral but can get you in a not a hot water, especially if you talk about politics. Im also making that change. Create another channel...travel and current events. I always get flagged for any election 🙄 vids
@RealRayMoney3 күн бұрын
Damn, there has to be a method to the madness... Proper citing, no cussing, proper disclaimers, etc. I do need to create a second channel anyways though as this is the biggest regret I hear from every content creator. I was thinking of doing a lawn care channel along with another current events channel.

LOL.. man, it's tough making videos when you're juggling being a soccer coach, a life coach to a six-year-old, working out 4-5 times a week, and working outside on my lawn.. its a lot with no help so I salute you, and other content creators that drop more frequently. I've lived in Casco since 2008. Back then if you were willing to restore a building the UN agency UNESCO was making 0 interest 30 year loans. Casco was basically a slummy extension of Chorrillo and you could buy a 200+ year old titled street level retail shop with 4 apartments overhead for $20,000. Today, restored, that same building would list for $3-5 million. My, how things change

James that type of gentrification is going on all over the place... Im not saying its a good or a bad thing as im sure there are pros and cons. You just have to sieze those opportunites when they present themselves. Thanks for watching my content, I would really appreciate if you subscribed if you'd like to support and see more content like this.
@jamesfry4058Ай бұрын
@@RealRayMoney True. Actually, Casco is a terrible place to live. There's nothing there but tourist shops (and tourists) ..... no supermarket(s), no everyday type restaurants, no bakery, no shoe repair, no hardware store, no parking, no Metro, no nothing. It's like Boquete (and Florida in the US) everyone who visits wants to live there and after they do about 50% move out. It's just churn churn churn. At the moment, the heats on the cities best/livable neighborhood ..... El Cangrejo. 4 of us just bought a typical 65 year old 20 unit apartment bldg with 3 beds/3 baths and maid's quarters units ..... which fit the market in the 1960s but not today's market. We're converting it to 40 ultramodern 2 bed/one bath units and are 60% PRE completion contracted. Lots of vibrant change all over the city. It's not really having the terrible effects on working class people associated with "gentrification" because Panama has a 30+ year old law limiting rent increases in buildings of a certain age to no more than 10% annually thereby making them unattractive to developers. From a social stability POV very smart. Now if they'd just legalize weed .... oh well. Sure, I'll subscribe. All the best, James
@RealRayMoneyАй бұрын
@@jamesfry4058 James, thank you for the subscription and the detailed response. I didn't know about the rent control laws in Panama, sounds like they are very protective of their citizens. Congratulations on the apt building purchase, how is it getting work done out there? How is it navigating the permitting process out there for construction? What about Labor? Sounds like you need to start a KZbin channel documenting all of that... I would subscribe as I'm very interested in learning about the challenges associated with building/construction overseas (especially Panama) . If you have a website with a site mock up of your property leave it here so we can check it out. You may get a sale out of it! Thanks again for watching and subscribing... I appreciate you.

@RealRayMoney4 ай бұрын
If you stay in Obarrio, the clubs and nightlife are within an 8 dollar Uber ride (don't use the yellow cabs). Regarding the girls, you'll find women from all over Latin America in Panama due to its geographical location... Columbia, Venezuela, etc. I've never been to Columbia so I can't speak on how they compare but im from NYC and they're 1:1 with the Hispanic women from my city.

in a sense. what i dont like about these countries is that its for simps because guys cant handle the hostile western women but in my experience once youve been scammed a few times by these working girls whether in Columbia or the Phillippines, you much rather have the girls be cunty to your face than be placed in an unwinnable situation vs corrupt cops, lying escorts, pimps and other pawns that are paid for in the clubs and building managers. some of these girls are very well connected and everyone profits much like you see in the old Italian mafia days. Just look at the Sharon Stone character in casino and how everyone is on the take. that is a lot of third world countries. easy to get women, yes! but even easier to get scammed. i much rather play in the west where its difficult but you are very safe.
