Man if you need Protien eat sone dam fish!😂 Go to the fish market on the Cinta Costerea waterfront.. it’s awesome.

Funny thing is, the lady at GNC got my ass.... she charged me $74 dollars for the 4 bottles of protein shake that I brought which normally would've ran around $20.... I usually look at and keep all receipts but the one time I didnt is when i got robbed....LOL. Its all good.. she probably needed that $74 more than i did.

@@RealRayMoney Yeah guess that’s a lot of Protien! Ha ha. Just saying you should be able to get sone decent meals for cheap but in the city it’s not so easy to find good places without a local to show you the spots

Cows in Panama are grass-fed, not corn-fed like in the U.S. That's why the meat is tougher in Panama, but at least the cows eat what they were meant to eat 😂 People do wear shorts, just not to work, brother.

I've had grass fed steaks here in the US that cut like butter. I think the cut of beef that was used wasn't suitable as a steak. The flavor was fantastic but I think the cut was the culprit there. Thank you for watching!

You're going to like it... The city has a nice vibe to it. Hopefully you're staying longer than I did which was only 3 1/2 days. I had to condense so much activity in such a small amount of time it was a bit overwhelming and I never got a chance to decompress.
