I’ve got a TT01e chassis and just got this shell second hand but there’s a massive gap between the tyres and the wheel wells. How does yours fit so neatly without any gaps between the wheel arches? Are you using wider wheel hexs?
@rckwang9128 Жыл бұрын
I used 9mm wheel hexes for using normal 26mm width rear tires. If you bought a kit if it, there would be 32mm-width rear tires. But I wanted to use normal width(26mm)tires, so I made it with 9mm hexes and long shafts. Thank you!!

Hello. I am confused about the result from google translator that your question is about the number of the color or the shock-oil. first if that is color, I can not remember the number of paint but it is not a TAMIYA paint. It is ‘CAMEL YELLOW’ from MUMEISHA. And secondly, if the question is the number of shock-oil, I have no oil in the shock of the car. It is completely empty there. I wish I could make a right answer for your question. Thank you!!

Hello Im just in the process of building an M06 beetle and have got to the part where I fit the servo and have noticed that in with the two sticky pads that hold down the receiver and ESC there’s also a Square bit of sticky back foil and was just wondering if you knew where it goes I’ve had a few looks over the manual and can’t see where it goes any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
@rckwang91282 жыл бұрын
Good day Mr.Lee. The sticky back foil that I see as “Aluminium glass tape” would be applied to the floor of battery place to secure the servo-wire. You may see it in the manual #25. I recommend cutting the foil tape in 2 pieces and overlaping it. Because it serves the servo wire not to be wounded by battery vibration during driving. Thank you.
@imlee52172 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the reply I understand thank you ever so much I really do appreciate it I have one more question for you also is the M06 Supposed to have tow in on the rear wheels I’ve heard it helps with the handling because I’ve swapped over the rear uprights and that straighten them out perfectly but Then I’ve heard that that messes with the handling but I thought that was why you get the softer compound grippy tires on the rear and the harder not so grippy tires on the front hope that makes sense thanks lee
@rckwang91282 жыл бұрын
Yes, exactly. I think M06 has very sensitive handling because of the motor position that is out of rear axle. So tow-in setting in rear axle and grippy rear tires really really help the handling. And if front grip would be so high, M06 may turns every corner with spin. It will not also make straight-line acceleration :)
@imlee52172 жыл бұрын
Ok thank you for your help I really appreciate it 👍
