15-30 seconds rest bro. Higher the reps go, the longer you rest.

what about the back muscles? you know a good exercise like these?
@daathmann58148 күн бұрын
Closest you can get to back excercises without leaving your room. (Average single room) would be decline push ups or pike push ups but these target the chest, biceps , triceps and deltoids more than back. You could try to create a rowing motion device with some sort of disc and a rope.
@daathmann58148 күн бұрын
Best would be a sturdy door frame or backyard tree branch to do pull ups

Did you get that good all by training at home or do you do some exercises with more equipment (even just a pullup bar and such)
@remmondharris58849 күн бұрын
No way he is at this level with only this exercises , those are good if you are a beginner but you should ad at least australian bare for the back and biceps
@LouiseTabaquirao8 күн бұрын
Hi bro, I trained with pullup bars. This video is only to start calisthenics/bodyweight training without any equipment as most beginners wont have any. As you progress you may need more equipment(pullup bar, dip bar, parallettes etc...) to go stronger on your calisthenics journey.

Ive been doing calisthenics since 2015. I think i did my first slow muscle up after 1 year. But i think you can get to do this less than that if you consistently train with your muscle ups. 🤝
@Carlviation5 ай бұрын
Nice video Sir very helpful for the beginers.
