Avocado oil has a high smoke point so is good for pan frying and it shares many benefits with olive oil. Although not sure how available it is in Europe and often times its not 100% Avocado oil (at least in the USA). Another downside is the price sometimes.

The upper end 5.15 section is at the start and meets up with a 5.14c route at the rest around minute 20 which Alex flashed a long time ago.

You know, compared to many other incredibly hard climbs, this one seems like it has relatively good holds? Just my first observations

You’re correct, and the reason is that it is very steep (~40 deg). You can sort of get a feel by looking at the wall compared to him when he’s lowering at the end of this short. Or look at pictures of the line (at Pure Imagination at the Chocolate Factory)

I've been to buki twice both times in the depth of the rain.. The first time, i arrived by bicycle with several hours of daylight and several more before the rain set in for the next days. I only saw two people climbing there, and they spoke decent english. They were coming up a dirty corner of sorts using traditional gear. I spoke with woman from the top as she belayed her partner up.. They were leaving after that climb and nothing was going to change that. Its a nice place anyway. Cool to see people actually climbing there

My morning routine every day is 600 situps with a 20 lb kettlebell. 400 Russian twist with 35 lb kettlebell and finish with 600 pushups. 10 sets of 60 .. but I can do 130 pushups in one set.

It's been cool to see this project evolve. I really hope it comes together for you soon! I heard Ondra say recently why he's not that motivated to get back to his projects there - because they are very condition dependent and it is hard to get the right conditions. It sounds like this has been a big challenge for you also. But with enough patience and strategy, you can conquer this route.

A very cool point that is never mentioned is also how they chose that lifestyle for its profound freedom, climbers taking a stand in the 60s against the Vietnam war conscription and slave-to-the-wage society. Being an athlete was tight with having a free spirit, and that was a beautiful value climbers upheld.
