The UK rule for drinking time is "the sun is over the yardarm". It originated from British Navy sailing ships, where the sun would rise above the upper mast spars (yardarm) around 11.00am which coincided with the first rest break. Alternatively if you want to start drinking earlier "the sun's over the yardarm somewhere in the empire". 😁🍺

as an English school boy we do have a cocurricular lesson every other day which is hang boarding, we also have an assessment every term last, sadly last test I got an F, as I could only add 20 kg to a one arm hang on the 4mm edge😥, however I am happy to announce that in my crack climbing assessment I was able to pass with a 10 minute one arm pinkie finger jam, so I wont be expelled just yet😄!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great video! It's awesome to get some insight in what you two do. One improvement would be to ask the gym to turn the music down or off when you visit. It's very distracting and creates a lot of different sounds at the same time with the music on top of you guys talking and the background noise 😅

I saw that you wear some sort of „toe separators“ (2:25). As I have issues with my feet and toes (i.e a bit of hallux) due to tight climbing shoes, I wonder how you work against that or what your experience is? Can you recommend things to prevent foot pain/issues?
