11:26 the reason the analogue sticks won't work on crash 2 on ps3 is because it was misconfigured but you can fix this by accessing the ps3's hdd

I like the ps one classics on ps vita because you can make the games full screen and use analogue sticks on crash 1

Some notes for the PSP versions. Pros: - more customisable screen settings - optional fast disc speed emulation - more memory card space, as it assigns two "cards" for each individual game and lets you transfer data freely between cards - fully customisable button mapping, including options for pressing L1+R1 or L2+R2 with a single button - you can also map buttons to each cardinal direction on the Analog Stick, including the D-Pad Cons: - no true analog support in any game - no multiplayer for CTR or Bash, and you can only assign the device to Controller Ports 1 and 2 - lip sync animations run too slow in CTR's cutscenes - only one pair of shoulder buttons, which can make certain controls inaccessible even when remapped

The Xbox version greatly improves the image resolution and the lighting of the scenes, but leaves much to be desired in the characters.

11:07 you can actually still purchase games on the psn store on ps3. Here's how. 1: Make a PSN account 2. Log into your PSN account on the PS3 and another device (PS4/PS5, your phone, etc.) 3. With the other device, add funds to your account 4. Buy the game of your choice 5. Have fun! That's how i bought some Sonic Games on my PS3

The PS3 is definatly in my opinion the best way to play PS1 games. You get the added feature of it being upscaled to HD which is great for most modern TV's. Although I would like to see Sony adapt more with backwards compatibility like what Microsoft does.

I would definitely play it on the PS2 cause theres one glitch thats only in the Xbox Version that makes the game impossible to finish where nina never grapples on to the last hook in the final boss making the boss impossible

Hello, this is WumpaGem, writer and editor of the original video, coming from the future! I'm writing this top comment to be pinned because some interesting development came about regarding Coco's creation and the involvement of Sony Japan on that, basically to offer extra details and corrections. Responding to a fan on Twitter (oops, I mean X), Roppyaku Tsurumi, the producer of the Japanese localization of Crash's PS1 titles, confirmed that they gathered artists within Shuhei Yoshida's group at SCEI Product Departement, to come up with illustrations under the theme of "what if Crash had a little sister and how would she look like?", to be sent to Naughty Dog. The idea was that Japanese artists would draw the concepts first, so to keep elements that are incorporated to be sensible to a Japanese audience, which would then be adapted by the Western artists. Tsurumi asked Takamitsu Iijima and Taichi Ogawa from the Ape Escape team to work on the initial character design. The specific concept art we've shown in the video was actually Ogawa's work and not Iijima's. Charles Zembillas would then take these concepts and refine them, with oversight from Tsurumi. The idea behind Coco's final design, specifically her overalls with the straps off the dominant arm, was to make her look active, and her thick-soled sneakers and laptop were a fad in Japan in the 1990s. Tsurumi explained to Zembillas that "Japanese characters wear meaningful symbols like these". I asked Tsurumi-san on that same thread if the people at SCEI resented the character Tawna in any way and mandated her removal from the series, offering a new character like Coco as a mean to fill the void. Tsurumi responded that SCE Japan did not request her removal and that Jason Rubin's claims were absolutely correct, that being the feud with Universal Interactive's marketing director at the time, Kelly Flaherty. Although there is some truth about Tawna's "nice-body" nature motivating the creation of Coco in the first place. As Shuhei Yoshida commented in a GDC conference back in 2002, when they were playtesting the first game in Japan, one kid commented she looked like a middle-aged woman, thus deeming her too old to be considered a heroine for a young Japanese audience. So it's fair to assume that when Naughty Dog and SCEA took their own initiative to remove Tawna after the feud with Universal, Sony Japan followed in with their own solution of a new character that's more appropriate for Japan. Okay the complaints of the N.Sane Trilogy controls are beyond exaggerated and requires people to pretend the original controls were fine. In the original Crash 1 every time you spin before you land after a jump Crash moves a bit forward automatically, I have lost too many lives because of this annoying problem, especially when paired with the lack of analog support. The only time the new NST hitbox/jump physics gave me trouble was in the 2 bridge levels and it's something I have noticed in other people's playthrough, outside of that you'll rarely face this problem. In Crash 2/3 it's not even an issue since jumps are nowhere near as tight. The only actually valid criticism is that the devs sometimes missed the tone the originals were going for, whether it's in some cutscenes or music. They should have added the original music as an update or DLC.
@sebastiankulche Жыл бұрын
After getting used to Crash 1 spin, and playing equally well both games, the hitbox really screws me in N Sane. And sometimes the more detail graphics can make some things more harder to see, though this i more of an issue with modern gaming in general, especially with the ones that focus too much on realistic lightning. When you have more simpler graphics everything is almost inmediately percieved by the player.

Pretty simple. You can play on PS1 emulator called DuckStation if you're on mobile. Yeah, there's ePSXe on the Play Store, but it's paid. If you are on PC, you know what emulator you need to download.

While this video covers the official method, yes, there's no denying that this is also my preferred (and perhaps, best) method of playing the classic games on PC and mobile (yes, I said mobile, no need for ePSXe)

Crash Team Rumble is a Multiplayer Spinoff, that's a Multiplayer Online Battle Arena, Party Action Roleplaying game That'll Feature Hero Characters and Villian Characters of The Crash Bandicoot Universe and guest stars from the Spyro universe, as it follows the Mainline-Spin-offs-Mainline- Spin-offs formula that established with Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy, Then CTRNF and it's Grand Prix, Crash Bandicoot 4 It's About Time, CTRB, Next Mainline Game (likely Crash 5), As for this game, I have to be brutally honest, I was tired of the same Racing and party idea Vivendi Games did after their PlayStation exclusive contract expired in 2000. It takes inspiration from Fortnite, Splatoon 3, Bleeding Edge, Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare II and Battle for Neighborville, and Blizzard Entertainment's Overwatch and Overwatch 2. After Three years, it's all been worth the wait, and a long wait it was indeed.

I hope any new characters that they introduced are more weird & looney (tuney) than the generic cartoon characters we saw in the leaked concept art. Less cow opera singers, octopus bloggers, & beaver girl scouts & something more in line with King Chicken, Tiny Tiger, N. Trance, & whatever the heck Yuktopus is.
