Facilities too good can be a pros and cons - for people like me who just wanted a place to stay, I'd end up paying for AND helping others maintain facilities that I don't need.

Mah Sing 的 project 最吸引人的地方就是他们的 facilities,但是撇开那些后会发现你每天会回家走进去的真正单位只纯属一般,单位 layout 也不怎么好。所以要考虑买 Mah Sing 的楼房时,记得要认真把单位算入整个 showroom experience。 终结来说,Mah Sing 的 project 觉得适合 Airbnb 因为 facilities 是卖点,像 hotel 一样,真正要长住的话就得考虑考虑。
Nice video. Facilities quite nice. But the corridor quite tight, less than 5ft i think. Notice lot's of defect also. 700m from MRT station is a quite a distance, unless there is a proper link bridge or covered walkway, else is not walkable
This is a leasehold serviced residence, whereas Aurum Residence is freehold. Also, in the future, your KL view will be obstructed by Aurum Residence when it is completed. Overall, it is not worth buying when compared to Aurum Residence in terms of layout, privacy, the number of units per floor, the number of lifts serving per floor, grand lobbies, facilities, and car-parking ramp (Aurum has a speed ramp).

Good point😊 .i would say the main difference is completion year between aurum and 8th stellar ya as well as the limitation of new project choices at Sri Petaling in 4-5 years ago

Moreover, 8 Stellar is a serviced condo with a commercial title, making it unsuitable for owner-occupation (btw Aurum Residence is residential title). Investors will likely use it as an Airbnb, and from the facts gathered, most Airbnb condos create many nuisances and eventually bring down the property price. Sri Petaling folks for those who bought for their children or own use will not be favour staying in this type of condo. This is the one of the weak point for 8 Stellar as well.
