Mah Sing 的 project 最吸引人的地方就是他们的 facilities，但是撇开那些后会发现你每天会回家走进去的真正单位只纯属一般，单位 layout 也不怎么好。所以要考虑买 Mah Sing 的楼房时，记得要认真把单位算入整个 showroom experience。 终结来说，Mah Sing 的 project 觉得适合 Airbnb 因为 facilities 是卖点，像 hotel 一样，真正要长住的话就得考虑考虑。

Facilities too good can be a pros and cons - for people like me who just wanted a place to stay, I'd end up paying for AND helping others maintain facilities that I don't need.

影片里看到的aircon piping是屋主自己裝的啦，很可能屋主稍後要裝paster ceiling可以蓋住，所以才會這樣走。你也可以沿著牆角。
