I know Fonini won this match. I watch this now and still somehow don't believe he's going to win this match 😂😂

Imagine in 2008, Federer watching the semi between Nadal and Djoko, what thoughts went into his head?

It's been over 15 years now, and Rafa's just retired from the beautiful sport. I love Federer, I love Rafa, Djoko not so much. I don't really know why, it's just my feeling. This day was huge for tennis and I have never ever seen a guy in the zone like Söderling on the day. Mindblowing.

The weirdest part is that Andujar really didn't do much wrong at all. He continued to play his top level but just couldn't hold him off. You think losing a lead like that Andujar must have fallen to pieces but he didn't at all.

Most players would've let this set go and try to take the next one, but not Rafa, why leave it to the next 2 sets when you can try and do it in the present set. His mental toughness is really a thing of beauty. Gracias, Rafa!

Props also for Andujar who kept a good and fighting attitude throughout the set. People say Nadal broke him mentally. He didnt. He played his best tennis and he only lost because Nadal elevated his game to the level where nobody can reach.
