"To know life in every breath, every cup of tea, every life we take. The way of the warrior." I watched this movie in the theater 20+ years ago, it's still one of my favorites. "Tell me how he died?" ..."And I will tell you how he lived."

From 1:43 to 1:49 it transcends cultures and goes to the same common thing that unites all soldiers...the horrors and madness that they have seen and that at times man can descend to levels no better than the most vicious of animals. And the survivors hoping to make sense of it all and to hopefully live up to the fact that they survived such hell.

"When I took this, you were; my enemy". Such strong powerful words and philosophy. How can one not shed any tears to this masterpiece film? The Way of the Warrior, way of Life, that is Bushido.

When I was young, I had nightmares, nightmares from shame, nightmares from being ostracized from a group Now that I have a family, my nightmares changed, it turned to not being able to provide for my family, and lacking the ability to keep them safe I had to drown it with alcohol😊
