FYI: While I won't build the Kauerbuckers for other guitar builders, you can get them as one-offs by ordering the Legends, and requesting Kauerbuckers durign checkout on the website. Great video, thank you!

Hey Visual Guy! This might be too much time that's passed, but how do these Brickhouse 60's you demoed here compare to the True 60's by RS guitarworks? Great playing as always brother!

It has been a long time since I played those. But similar spec, wound by talented, knowledgeable winders. Can't go wrong!
@sam-ww1wk5 күн бұрын
I own 2 Gibs with both setups. The unpotted bb 1/2 is looser, richer, smoother, more harmonic, has greater pick attack range, with very sweet controlled feedback through a tube amp. The pros are crunchier, tighter, and don't feedback. Basically Led Zeppelin vs ACDC pickups. No need to pick sides, they both kick ass and have their own vibe.

They sound good, I guess I'll try them later. I'm currently using the Fatpups Fourcasters and they are great.

Sounds great. I bought a set of Marshall Heads back in 2006 and they have not left my Goldtop once! Since then I have purchased a couple sets of the Dr Vintage sets. Wolfetone gets overlooked imo. You’re right! He winds a good pickup!

Excellent! I have tried the Marshall Heads on the channel many moons ago. The Dr. Vintage set was excellent and I just helped a friend put a set in his guitar not too long ago. I've suggested Wolfe many times to friends and subscribers. Great pickups, great guy!

Maybe you thought I meant "I've tried all the pedals" which would be an absurd thing to claim. Most of my tone pals and subscribers of this channel know I have tried almost every Honey Bee variant that Bjorn had a hand in creating. So I stand by my statement.

Analogman Maxon OD9 with the silver mod. It’s not as mid heavy as an 808 circuit so it tightens the bass with just a small mod bump. It’s very tasty and works great with everything I’ve ever used.
