If you want over 80+ free agents from first season create a player .. select his birth year to 1980 on 1st january. Place him in your team then go to club transfers and transfer them to free agents. When you start your career you will see their regens on 16 yo

Wich mods do you use for your career mode?

Yes you should use free agents in your rebuilds. you can find some really good players and hidden gems in there. Older goalkeepers with a high overall rating can be good players on the cheap. You can even find some very very young players who are regens that can surprise you with high overall ratings. I found one much needed fullback with a 77 overall at the age of 18. So yes you should check the free agent list more often

OR, get to the champions league final with your players that have been loaned in BUT, your starting XI has to be your OWN youth academy players that you’ve been constantly loaning out WHILE using the loaned-IN players to get to the final. (Obviously cz the final is at the end of the season, you just recall all your players the day before the final)
