Thank you. I originally bought an Amazon part $29. I compared before I disassembled and could see the Amazon part was not going to fit. I bought the GM part from RockAuto $62, quality part made in Germany with GM part number. Also the torx head is a size 20. I used drive on ramps to get the front up. After that it was pretty straight forward. Take out the part, then disconnect. Easier

Hi. Do you think this would work for a 2019 xt5? My driver side DRLs aren't working. Is it use a diode as well?

My daytime driver side tail light stop working but I hooked it up the the other side & it worked don’t know what’s going on with my driver side daytime light smh

So what is the correct name of this part so I can order it.

Is that the same as the DRL Module? i recently bought new LED DRL, after a few months they would flicker on the left side, and then eventually gave out, next the right would flicker and as well gave out soon after, so I know it ain’t bad bulbs given the fact they were both working fine, and then slowly died away/ that tells me something in the wire department might need a tweaking, am I correct? Where should I start? I got told a Module, now I see this Diode, I’m going to have a look. Ps I paid $330 just to waste away…

I bought one the diodes. Turns out that diode ran only the 6 inch portion at the bottom. So what operates the longer portion of led lighting? Are relays or fuses involved?

Thanks a lot! You saved me some big $$$ they wanted to replace whole headlight assembly and now after they replaced the diode it’s working again.

On the driver side did you have to remove the washer fluid reservoir
