That was awesome and very informative. It was very nice to hear Ege speaking. Usually I listen to him speak with his instruments. I enjoy the content that both of you post to KZbin very much. I was wondering if you could explain to me the difference between having a psychologist / therapist and a life coach? Also, I concur on how cute he is when he's speaking about these things 😊 💓

New comment: I wish that you made a CD recording of this session. I often lie in bed at night, wanting to hear something like this before falling asleep. My computer is downstairs, my bedroom is upstairs. And no, I do not have a smart phone.

I'll see if there's a way to make one! I want you to be able to listen to this before sleep :)

@@RubyRayCoaching Confirmation that you are a good soul. On a day like this in central Texas (sunny and cool) I think back to my wonderful days in Cole and Noe Valleys. Thank you for your consideration, Ekaterina.

Lovely. Thank you for designing these directions for all of us. I have attended classes during which the teachers lie on the floor to teach savasana. They are hard to hear; as you demonstrate so beautifully, it's not about corpse pose for the instructor..but for the students. Namaste'

Hi Ekatarina Thank you for a wonderful guided Savasana. It was just what I needed. I have a question for you. In your guiding you are going through the entire physical body except the pelvic floor and the genitals area. Why’s that? I find that many yoga and meditation teachers for some reason neglect this area and avoid to include and/or talk about it, yet it’s so vital for our practice since it often holds lots of tensions and really is the main center for the prana (Muladhara and Svadhistana chakra) With love, Thomas

Great question. I guess just because it may feel awkward to say, but you make an excellent point. It's worth it. Next time will include!

Would love a savasana where we're talked through an out of body experience! Where you're saying like "imagine yourself floating up out of your body, looking down" , and basically continue zooming out into the sky, then the universe. Thanks again

Hi Ekat, I love your meditation videos, but I have to let you know that the audio on this one isn't very good. I can barely hear you. I thought you would like to know. 🙏

Thank you for letting me know! I didn't use a microphone in this one and I think that's the problem...I'll get back to doing that, since it seems to really make a difference. Please let me know if you have any requests for future videos JA rule!

Based on the buildings and the quality of ambient light, this looks like a second or third story space overlooking a quiet street in San Francisco. Which predisposes me to be relaxed. After the session: This was a very effective guided meditation -- perfect script, perfect voice, perfect imagery. I know I will come back to it often.

Noe, you're totally right about the location haha! Just posted a new one btw...it's 40 minutes, and I hope you like it!

+Ekaterina -- ha, ha YES! Only in SF would I see a wooden building (horizontal boards) painted deep blue with white trim. Plus there is that rocky hill to the west (judging direction from the afternoon shadows). I will definitely look into your new vid. And will subscribe. Grazie per la tua generosità.

I much prefer this kind of relaxation vids over the highly produced ones with too much music in them. Music doesn't calm me down. A soft voice and quiet does.
