Yes some apartments do that, and normally after they do they give you your id back. I believe they started doing that because some tour guides would forget to give back the id ☺

@@carolinelopez91 I prefer Aura. While Aura doesn’t have as many amenities as Evora, Aura is brand-new, modern, and conveniently located near the Vegas Strip. It is ideal for people who work near the Vegas Strip, but it is pricy😢

@ yeh I agree, I do feel EVORA is way too expensive because of the location it’s just near family homes which nothing special, but aura obviously has the strip close by which I can understand the price but I still feel that the prices in Vegas are getting out of hand lol

What in the hell is a life style fee... You say that like it's normal.. technology fee....these Vegas apartments think they are like a resort on the strip... You never mention the bad reviews with massive vehicle break in's

@@shannonoshay4281 So it’s very common here in Las Vegas that many apartments charge a stupid lifestyle fee. What that is for is to use their amenities like pool, gym and tanning room etc. Also my videos are based on showing the apartment and what’s around I always encourage people to see them for themselves and if you read that it’s a bad apartment just don’t go! And the tech package in your internet and cable.

@carolinelopez91 In Cali your rent is your rent, there's no added fees the pool and gym that all part of your rent.. if you want cable get it yourself. Me no thank you I have Internet and a Roku box for tv... All those fees are not optional.... I've seen many beautiful apts from Vegas to Henderson then you read the reviews and the place is a horror story... Car burglaries are just a way of life in Las Vegas...

For a single person I can’t see how anyone could do 2 1/2 - 3x the rent. Do they check every year at lease renewal that you’re making 3x on all of these apartments?

I love your videos. I’ve watched a whole bunch but just curious. Do you know of any studio or 1bdrm apartments that are $900-$1200 base rent? That would probably end up being around $1400-$1500 monthly after the utilities? Basically anywhere that’s around $1500 Max after all is said and done? ❤❤

I use to live there for 3 years. It was amazing the staff lol after there us. We use to get taco Tuesday and every 3rd Sunday of the month free breakfast for the residence to meet us and see if we needed anything. Any issue they deal with it right away. They pick up our trash every day except on Sunday’s. I love love that place. The roof top best view to watch New year’s and fourth July celebrations. If you work for the federal government they gave discount. Don’t no if they still do all that now. If you work at the casino some apartments give discount. They made a lot of changes base off her video.
