APARTMENTS IN HENDERSON LAS VEGAS *SUMMIT AT SUNRIDGE

Thanks for showcasing these apartments by Picerne. I stay down the street in their other properties. The walk to the bus stop wouldn't take 18 minutes, it's literally right down the street. From these apartments I live 30 seconds away in my car and the bus stop is directly across the street from my apartments, Smith's, CVS, El Polo Loco and a TON of other shops, restaurants, etc. Also, the high school is Coronado for these apartments and it's within walking distance. That's the top rated high school for all of Henderson, Bob Miller is the middle school and I believe the only students who get bussed is the elementary students. There is also a nice active park just around the corner from these apartments, unfortunately that park doesn't have a dog park so many well-trained dogs be off leash (I'm guessing well-trained cause ain't no way my dogs could be off leash). The only other thing is I think the car theft number/burglary is a little off, many cars have been tampered with, mine was almost stolen (busted my steering column open and stole some petty items from inside) and so was the leasing agent's car where I live, again, Summit's sister property just 30 seconds away. But overall, the company is awesome and we as well as all of Picerne's property have residents events at least 2-3 times per month! I've lived in my apartment for just about 4 years and I plan on staying at least another 2 years because I'm VERY happy with the other residents, office staff, and definitely the maintenance team ❤. Great choice if you choose Summit or ANY of Picerne properties

@@ritafraz7943 Thank you so much for that information, yeh when I put “bus stops” I was surprised nothing close came up lol but thank you for letting us know about that. With the crime map I go with what the website tells me, they say they updated it every 2 weeks (but you never know lol)

Love that they're only 2 story but not a smokeless apartment house. Apparently little grass and tiny dog park. Good price for the area though and Picerne managed aren't as bad with fees as others. Hoping you do Shade soon, it's brand new.

@ Caroline your the best. Nobody is as thorough as you. I was a bit puzzled on your Arista review. It was fairly brief and I didn’t know if you liked them or not. I did look at them and was impressed but no dog park and very little grass. Won’t work for me. Thanks once again.

Excellent option! Caroline I always wondered what makes you favor Spring Valley or Henderson, especially to live personally?

@@qikstar Honestly I personally like both , I feel like there is more people living in spring valley so it got to busy, Henderson is less quiet because of how far it is from “everything” like the strip and Fremont basically all the fun things. So I think people enjoy more spring valley because you’re central to everything.

@@janecliff7726 Hi, honestly summit at Sunridge the location is very nice and it feels better than the south blvd apartment. Now the only difference I would say is that summit is further away from the strip etc. but if that doesn’t bother you then go with summit.
