What a silly pointless video. You seemed intent on confrontation and were clearly looking to provoke people, even the receptionists. The sales manager was very calm but firm, which was correct, as you were only there to waste his time. And whatever moral highground you feel you may have had was blown completely by you being the one who resorted to unsavoury language. You might want to secure another line of work, as you're obviously not very good at this one.
