This is the reason why a person will buy from an Audi dealer and go to an independent garage for maintenance. Its no wonder dealers struggle to recruit and retain apprentices and they all leg it as soon as they get their papers. That customer is a legend, he is justification for why most if not all customers actually don't care and enjoy the videos. I wonder will he return though!

As much as I think sometime you can bring trouble onto yourself that service manager was plain awful, the other 2 guys great. I'd hate to get my car serviced there, have an issue and then have to deal with him.
