Aside from the towel size, which you mentioned but which I don't think is really that big of an issue, I struggle to see why anyone would NOT choose Multi/Z-Fold towels since they seems superior in every way. Is there any actualy advantage to a C-Fold; seems harder to pull out, more likely to rip, much more likely to require contacting the dispenser since it doesn't "present" itself, and has an extra step where you have to unfold it fully make use of the material. Genuinely curious. Cheers.
@sourcesupplies2 күн бұрын
We totally agree. There are some exceptions, however. Some buildings with more premium feel washrooms like to have a basket of towel on the countertop. That's the only time we'd recommend using a C Fold over a Z/M Fold as you can get one at a time due to them not being interleaved.

We have been using quality brushed steel c-fold towel dispensers for some years now, they work fine, they have a much smaller profile on the walls, they look sleek and modern, restocking them is super easy. I don't any advantage to using this product.
@sourcesuppliesАй бұрын
C Fold is a very inefficient towel as it is not self presenting. There is a lot of waste with a C Fold. Furthermore, this system gives you 680 single sheets without restocking which is more than a folded hand towel dispenser. These systems are great for higher traffic areas where there are not cleaners on-hand to restock promptly. I would recommend you stick with your stainless steel dispenser but switch to an I Fold or a Z Fold for a better dispensing experience and less waste. Keep your C Fold for use out of a dispenser, in a basket for example 🧺

I would usually manually check the bag from time to time to make sure it is not too full. The HeapaFlo bags maintain suction very well even when full, so it is easier to overfill/split them without realising it.

Looking to replace my cordless Bosch that recently stopped working after almost a decade. I had a look around at the alternatives, and just didn't want to spring for £400 cordless, or a gutless wonder under £200. I've used Henry vacuums onsite in the past, but never really considered one for home use, as they are usually pretty tatty looking after a few months on a building site. That said, they are pretty much bombproof, and the fact they have a decent filter along with bags makes it more compelling for me. The vacuums I use in my workshop are all the filter and bag variety, and they offer the best protection from the wee particles that would be blown straight out of the exhaust into the air in the workshop. Another reason for considering the Henry is the fact that they are manufactured here, in the UK. Who'd have thought: we can still make things that actually work!

We have the Numatic Quick here at home and the Henry Tub. I prefer the Quick but my wife won’t budge from the Henry. It’s 7 years old and is as good as new. I’m heading to the factory soon to do a Vlog and show how Henry is made. One rolls off the production line every 55 seconds! 12 containers per day leave the factory in Chard for the docks to ship globally. A true legend of the UK manufacturing history books. Thanks for comment, Numatic all the way when it comes to vacuums!

Each pad is sealed at both ends so if there is any tampering, the user can just discard and get the next one. Taking more than needed is factored into the business model and can be said for any product given away free in a washroom. We supply millions of luxury toilet rolls per year into offices and unfortunately some of them will go home in people's bags.

My Henry just 'died' overnight; I had it 17yrs 2nd hand & was unaware of it's full age, amazed to find it's actually *33 YEARS* old-!! 1991. It worked great all that time & survived at least 2 falls down wooden stairs, obviously 33yrs is a good innings but I wish I'd followed the 'unwind cable fully when in use' & overall treated it gentler! Hope the newer 1s are as well built, I've grown quite fond of the old, slightly battered & faded beige/brown Henry I adopted! 🤎

What is the water or solution tank capacity ?
@sourcesupplies Жыл бұрын
I believe the clean and recovery tanks are both 2.8 litres. With this technology, very little water is used. The debris and dirt is flicked up from the floor onto the cylinder then pushes into the recovery tank. You get very dense and dirty liquid in the recovery tank but not much water volume.

Your switch seems to click on and off I have now purchased 5 of these and the switch just slides back and forth with no resistence and if you move up and down fast enough it slides partway on to off. I started using 80 micron 2ith vital oxide and it's flying through it going through a tank in maybe 30 seconds. I switched to 40 which is a tiny bit better but still drenched everything even if moving much more rapidly than in any videos I've seen plus it doesn't seem to cover anything but the front no matter what I do... like can't get it to cover back of rail with electrostatic attraction at all with any of the units Is the company just a joke?
